"Tree House" -- 30 x 40 Residential Lot
This was one of my first builds with The Sims 3. I know it needs a lot of help, I am planning on redesigning it inside, but leaving the outside alone. (When that is done, links for both will be at the bottom). It was designed for a "Build N Share Challenge". The challenge was to build a house that looked like a tree house, had bright colors, and many gnomes. The main building has 3 stories and has the master bedroom, kids bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room. There is a 2 story building attached to it that has a office space and the foyer. Then off to the side is a small single story building with the nursery inside. It has a small river running through the property with a lot of green landscaping.
